Carolina Vidor, PhD
CEO & Founder
As a leading expert in intersectional approaches to science, Dr. Carolina Vidor is committed to helping individual scientists, research teams, institutions, funding bodies, and scientific organizations reimagine how science is practiced, taught, and experienced.
With dual PhDs in Physics and Education, she brings a rare blend of scientific experience and pedagogical insight. Her work is shaped by a rich, multidisciplinary career across Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, and now Sweden (Ciencita’s home base) where she has navigated and connected diverse scientific cultures, communities, and ways of knowing.
Dr. Vidor combines first-hand experience with cutting-edge, evidence-based research to champion scientific practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, and socially sustainable. Her vision is to support a scientific ecosystem that is more creative, more just, and more profoundly human, where everyone has the possibility not only to participate, but to thrive and shape the future of science itself.
